No matter what kind of business you run, getting your order on time and at competitive rates is essential to your success and profitability. MMA International has shipping options that help us help you deliver on your promises every day. 

Shipping flat-rate or overnight

Customers find our flat-rate shipping options affordable and convenient because they pay the same low rate no matter the size or weight of the order. All orders ship via FedEx by the next business day. But, if you need it faster, we’ll ship the same day on all FedEx Priority Overnight orders placed before noon CT—guaranteed. 

Plus, if your order is more than $500, it ships FREE via FedEx Saver and qualifies for a 10% volume discount. Protect your order by adding a signature for $5. * Orders that total more than $1,000 receive a 15% volume discount and ships FREE via FedEx 2nd Day Air.

**Special orders, custom orders and direct orders may not qualify for free shipping offers or volume discounts. 

***Catalogs are not eligible for free shipping offers and will be shipped separately from your jewelry order. Shipping charges will vary based on weight and address.

Shipping timing

FedEx Priority Overnight shipping refers to the guaranteed amount of time it takes for you to receive your order from the day that it ships. So, for example, if we receive your order on Monday, it will ship on Tuesday via Overnight, and FedEx has until the end of the business day on Wednesday to deliver. FedEx Saver has an estimated transit time of three days. FedEx SmartPost has an estimated transit time of two to seven days, based on your proximity to us.  FedEx SmartPost and Saver are not guaranteed and may take longer.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories

For shipments to these locations, we currently only offer FedEx 2-Day Air. 

Shipping outside the United States

For shipments outside the United States, you’ll be charged actual FedEx shipping costs. Be sure to select “Worldwide Express” shipping during checkout. We will calculate your final shipping cost, notify you of your order total, and adjust your final invoice.

Damaged Box or Missing Contents?

If you received a box that is damaged and/or is missing contents that require a claim to be submitted, the receiver of the package must keep possession of the box and all contents for possible carrier inspection. If contents are discarded, it will render our ability to file a claim null and void.
