Resale Certificate

If your store is located in Texas or you plan on drop-shipping, you will need to complete the Texas Resale Certificate. We are required by law to keep this document on file for sales tax purposes. You can send your certificate to us three ways:

• Email Complete the Resale Certificate and email it to mmasilver@mmasilver.com.
• Fax Complete the Resale Certificate and fax it to 1 (888) 531-5316.
• Mail Print, complete and mail your Resale Certificate to:
