Why splurge on shipping insurance?

When adding a signature, this also insures your package. We strongly recommend you adding insurance to protect your parcel.

We will not be liable for, and a claim cannot be filed for

• parcels without a signature thus no insurance
• parcels without a signature that are marked delivered but not received

While rare, these instances can happen.

Damaged Box or Missing Contents?

If you received a box that is damaged and/or is missing contents that require a claim to be submitted, the receiver of the package must keep possession of the box and all contents for possible carrier inspection. If contents are discarded, it will render our ability to file a claim null and void.
