Together we’ve donated thousands of “I’m a Star” & “Soaring Eagle” necklaces
The creativity and generosity of our customers have helped make a difference in the lives of thousands of deserving men, women, and children across the country. Jewelers nationwide have helped us donate more than 2,000 “I’m a Star” and “Soaring Eagle” necklaces to deserving charitable organizations that they select in their communities.
Our “I’m a Star” sterling silver star pendant is a great symbol of hope and achievement for women and girls, helping them build self-esteem and showing them that they’re valued in the world.
For men and boys, we designed the “Soaring Eagle” pendant to be used with heavy box chains to celebrate their achievements. These pendants are inscribed with the words “Strength and Courage” on the back.

These necklaces have been donated to many different types of causes:
Russell Korman Jewelers donated the “I’m a Star” necklaces to “The Settlement Home,” a charity that provides a safe and therapeutic living environment to girls who have been severely abused or neglected. For many of these girls, these necklaces are the first piece of precious jewelry they have owned. They show that these girls are special and remind them that they can overcome any obstacle.
University of Texas football coach Mack Brown made a special delivery of Soaring Eagle pendants to our men and women in the military. On a trip to Iraq, Coach Brown gave our brave soldiers these necklaces as a token of appreciation for their strength and courage. These gifts are “appreciated so much by the various servicemen and women I meet,” Coach Brown said.
Tommy’s Watch & Jewelry donated the “I’m a Star” necklaces to impoverished women who graduated from a charitable program that teaches them how to improve their own living situation. “The Mosaic Center” educates women in a class setting, providing job and life skills, to help improve their self-esteem and train them for long-term employment. The program helps these women identify their own strengths and resources, which teaches them to become self-sufficient. This customer has been so happy to help these women in their local community that they are planning to donate the “Soaring Eagle” necklaces to Eagle Scouts in their area.
Julius Goldstein & Company donated the “I’m a Star” necklaces to “Emma’s Harvest Home,” a charitable organization that provides residential treatment for women who have been released from jail or who need special services to overcome the bonds of addiction and mental illness. The program prepares women for sobriety by offering them opportunities that enhance their skills and assist them in becoming successful, productive adults.
