Who Can Purchase From MMA International?
MMA International is a jewelry manufacturer, importer, and distributor.
We only sell to qualified wholesale and retail outlets - not to individuals. To qualify, your business must submit a
Tax Identification Number. If your business is located in Texas, a Texas Resale Certficate is also required.
What Are Your Minimum Order Requirements?
A $100 minimum is required on your first order. After that, there is no minimum order requirement all year long!
How Can I Set Up an Account and Place an Order?
Follow the steps below to set up a new account with us and place your first order. We encourage you to call us at 1 (800) 531-5316, and we will gladly help with any part of the process.
1. If you don’t already have one, order a free set of catalogs!
2. Choose what you’d like to order from the catalogs or browse our collection online.
3. Set up a new account with us. To set up an account, you will be asked for your business information and
Tax Identification Number. You can submit this information in three ways:
Sign up for a new account online. This gives you the benefit of ordering any way you choose - online, by phone, or by fax - with just a single online form. If you sign up online, your new account can typically be approved within a single business day.
Call us at 1 (800) 531-5316 and set up your account immediately over the phone. You can place your first order in the same call! If you also wish to choose a unique username and password for online ordering, you can fill out a separate web account form at any time to get full access to our web store.
Submit your business information and Tax ID Number by fax. You can include this information along with your first order on MMA's order form.
4. If your store is located in Texas, you will also need to complete the Texas Resale Certificate. You can fax it toll-free along with your order to 1 (888) 531-5316, or mail it to our offices at P.O. Box 160577, Austin, TX, 78716.
5. Place your order toll-free either (1) by phone at 1 (800) 531-5316, (2) by fax at 1 (888) 531-5316, or (3) after setting up a web account, through our secure website. Ask about our everyday volume discounts!
6. Choose a payment method: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, or COD. If you are interested in setting up an open (net) account, start the process by completing our credit application. You can download the credit application and fax it to our offices at 1 (888) 531-5316, or you can submit the application online. We can still ship your first order with payment by COD or credit card while your company’s credit approval is pending.
How Do I View Prices and Place Orders Online?
To view prices and place orders online, you need to set up a web account. Once your web account is established you will receive an e-mail notification granting your company full access to our web store, including on-line ordering! Your web account can usually be established in a single business day.
