Qualified Buyers

MMA International is a jewelry manufacturer, importer, and distributor.  We only sell to qualified wholesale and retail outlets - not to individuals for personal use.  To qualify, your business must submit a Tax Identification Number. If your business is located in Texas, a Texas Resale Certificate is also required.

Pricing Information

All prices on the Silver Stars website are shown at your wholesale cost based on the current $17-$20/oz. silver market. These prices are automatically adjusted when the market price of fine silver changes significantly.

If you are using our printed catalogs, the prices shown in those catalogs are suggested retail (so you can use them with your customers). All of our active catalogs and flyers are printed based on a $10-$14/oz. silver market. Catalog prices are adjusted up or down if the value of fine silver moves outside that range. Volume Discounts

Setting Up Your Silver Stars Account

Follow the steps below to set up your new account with us and place your first order.  We encourage you to call us at 1 (800) 531-5316, and we will gladly help with any part of the process.

1. If you don’t already have one, order a free set of catalogs!

2. Choose what you’d like to order from the catalogs or browse our collection online. 

3. Set up a new account with us. To set up an account, you will be asked for your business information and Tax Identification Number. You can submit this information in three ways:

Sign up online. This gives you the benefit of ordering any way you choose - online, by phone, or by fax - with just a single online form. If you sign up online, your new account can typically be approved within a single business day.

Call us at 1 (800) 531-5316 and set up your account immediately over the phone. You can place your first order in the same call! If you also wish to choose a unique username and password for online ordering, you can fill out a seperate web account form at any time to get full access to our webstore.

Submit your business information and Tax ID Number by fax. You can include this information along with your first order on MMA's order form.

4. If your store is located in Texas, you will also need to complete the Texas Resale Certificate. You can fax it toll-free along with your order to 1 (888) 531-5316, or mail it to our offices at P.O. Box 160577, Austin, TX, 78716.

5. Place your order toll-free either (1) by phone at 1 (800) 531-5316, (2) by fax at 1 (888) 531-5316, or (3) after setting up a web account, through our secure website.

6. Choose a payment method: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, or COD.  If you are interested in setting up an open (net 30) account, start the process by completing our credit application. You can download the credit application and fax it to our offices at 1 (888) 531-5316 or you can submit the application online.  We can still ship your first order with payment by COD or credit card while your company’s credit approval is pending.

Minimum Order To Set Up an Account

A $100 minimum is required on your first order. After that, there is no minimum required for re-orders.

Placing Orders Online

To view prices and place orders online, you need to set up a web account. Once your web account is established you will receive an e-mail notification granting your company full access to our web store, including on-line ordering! Your web account can usually be established within a single business day.

Payment Methods

You may submit payment by any major credit card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, or American Express. Your orders may also be prepaid or shipped COD to locations in the United States.

Open Accounts (net 30 days) are available to U.S. customers with an approved credit application on file. Click here to download a copy of our credit application, or click here to submit the application online.

Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for the application to be processed. In the meantime, net terms are available to jewelers rated #1 or #2 by the Jeweler's Board of Trade once the signed credit application is on file. Completed applications can be submitted by e-mail to mmasilver@mmasilver.com or by fax to 1 (888) 531-5316. A 1.5% interest rate per month (18% per annum) will be applied on all unpaid balances. 

Availability

Our high in stock percentage lets us deliver your orders quickly and consistently.  Items featured in our active catalogs are currently over 97% in stock and ready to ship!  Our catalogs are consistently at least 95% in stock all year round, even during the peak holiday season.

The availability of items shown online is updated every business day.  For rings, please click on the item and check the full product description to see what ring sizes are available.

You can also download a spreadsheet listing what products from active catalogs are currently out of stock.  This list is updated daily.

Shipping Options

Orders are usually shipped by the next business day.

Need your jewelry even faster? During most of the year, we guarantee same day shipping for all Priority Overnight orders placed before noon central time.

All orders are shipped by UPS. Our flat rate shipping options are affordable and convenient. You pay the same low rate regardless of the size or weight of your order. And orders over $1,000 ship free via UPS 2nd Day Air as part of our volume discount.

UPS 2nd Day Air is our standard shipping method. 2nd Day and Overnight shipping refer to the amount of time it takes for you to receive your order from the day it ships. (For example, if we receive your order on Monday and if your order ships on Tuesday via 2nd Day Air, UPS has until the end of business on Thursday to deliver your order.) For Ground shipping, click here to check the estimated transit time from MMA International to your location.

Orders placed outside business hours are received when our offices open. (For example, orders placed online Monday evening after 5:30 p.m. central time will be received Tuesday morning — Priority Overnight orders will ship same-day that Tuesday, and all other orders will typically ship by Wednesday.)

A $7.00 COD charge applies to orders under $250 that are shipped COD. Additional charges apply for orders shipped to certain remote locations as classified by UPS.

Canadian Orders

We ship to locations throughout the United States (including U.S. territories) and Canada. If you are importing our merchandise into Canada, please note that Canadian duties and taxes wil be due upon delivery of goods. This is in addition to the amount you pay to MMA International at the time of your purchase. Your flat rate shipping charge includes customs brokerage through UPS.

Because we ship only to businesses for resale, Canadian customers must provide their Business Number issued by the Canadian Revenue Agency.

We are unable to ship to locations outside the United States and Canada at this time.

Our Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we guarantee the quality of all our jewelry. If any item in your order does not meet our high quality standards, returns are easy. We will be happy to replace the defective item or refund your purchase price within 30 days of your order.

First, call us at 1 (800) 531-5316 to get a Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. This helps us process your return and identify any problems so that we can correct them on future orders.

Next, simply return any defective items back to us along with a copy of your original invoice. Returns must be made within 30 days. UPS has an outstanding delivery record, but if you do not receive your order on time please contact us immediately. Any claims of missing merchandise must be made within 10 days of the invoice date.

We are unable to repair, replace, or accept returned merchandise after it has been sold to your retail customer. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any return that does not follow these guidelines.
